摘 要:通过压缩气体泡沫(CAF)灭火器的优化设计,开展了不同气液比、泡沫输出管线长度和泡沫出口管径的试验研究,确定了压缩气体泡沫灭火器的最佳技术参数。将压缩气体泡沫灭火器进行了覆盖性能测试,同时与负压式、干粉灭火器进行了流淌火的对比试验。研究结果表明:该灭火器不仅具备覆盖功能,同时灭火速度快、用量少,无论物化性能、灭火性能,都超越现有的吸气式灭火器和干粉灭火器,是新一代高性能灭火器材。Based on the optimized design of the com- pressed gas foam (CAF) fire extinguisher, different gas/liquid ratio, length of foam outlet pipe and diam- eter of foam outlet were studied. The best technical parameters of compressed gas foam fire extinguisher were determined. Compressed gas foam fire extin- guishers were tested for covering performance, and compared with negative pressure, dry powder fire ex- tinguishers conducted a comparative experiment of flowing fire. The results show that the fire extinguish- er not only has the function of covering, but also has the advantages of quick fire extinguishing speed, less dosage, no matter physical and chemical properties or fire extinguishing performance, all surpass existing aspirating fire extinguishers and dry powder fire extin- guishers. It is a new generation of high performance fire extinguishing equipment.
