摘　　要：在分析国内外危险化学品安全管理法律法规体系完备性基础上,结合剧毒化学品全生命周期动态监管现状,探索在危险化学品领域实施全生命周期监管对策的可行性,提出了在政策法规的支持下,建立全国危险化学品全生命周期监管平台的建议。Based on the analysis of the completeness of the laws and regulations of hazardous chemicals safety management at home and abroad, combined with the status quo of the dynamic regulation of the life cycle of highly toxic chemicals and exploring the feasibility of implementing the full life - cycle regulatory meas- ures in the field of hazardous ehemieals, The estab- lishment of a national regulatory platform for life - cy- cle risk management of hazardous chemicals.
