低温多效海水淡化与反渗透海水淡化控制系统的对比研究

摘　　要：针对首钢国际工程公司设计的多套海水淡化系统,对低温多效和反渗透两种海水淡化工艺的控制系统进行对比分析,两种工艺的控制系统均配置西门子S7-400系列,主要从硬件配置、软件配置、控制网络拓扑结构三个方面进行对比分析,最终均实现海水淡化过程的实时监测和控制。According to the several sets of seawater desalination system to be analyzed comprehensively which is designed by Shougang International Engineering Company. The two kinds of seawater desalination process for control system which are the low temperature muh-effect method and reverse osmosis method will be compared and analyzed , control system of two processes are equipped with SIEMENS S7-400 series, mainly analyzed from the three aspects which are the hardware configuration, the software configuration and control network topology, finally realize the real-time monitoring and control of seawater desalination process.
