摘　　要：本文主要通过对炼钢转炉炉壳分体制作、现场组对和焊接技术的研究,成功解决了转炉炉壳在制作中的体积大、重量大、吊装难、运输难等问题。对转炉炉壳制作工艺进行总结、完善成一套适用于转炉炉壳现场组对、焊接的技术,为今后制作同类产品做参考。In this paper, the problems of large volume, heavy weight, difficult lifting and transportation of the converter shell are successfully solved by researching the grouping and welding technology of converter at site. The converter shell manufacture process is summarized to a set of applicable technology to the converter shell site grouping and welding for manufacture of similar products for future reference.
