某院2015年注射用辅助治疗药品医嘱点评结果分析

摘　　要：置的分析用药医嘱中注射用辅助治疗药品存在的不合理用药问题，指导合理用药，提高合理用药水平。方法抽取2015年1月至12月出院病历1105份，依据《处方管理办法》．《医疗机构药事管理规定》及《医院处方点评管理规范（试行）》等相关要求，针对注射用辅助治疗药品不合理用药医嘱进行分析。结果点评注射用辅助治疗药品用药医嘱共1105份，不合理用药燕嘱431份，合理用药医嘱674份，平均医嘱合格率61．00％。结论采取医嘱点评与不合理用药医嘱医师专项培训与约谈制度相结合的方法，提高医院合理用药水平。Objective To analyze the problem of irrational drug use in adjuvant drugs for injection, to guide the rational use of drugs and improve the level of rational drug use.Methods 1105 copies of medical records were collected from January to December in 2015. According to the prescriptions, the Provisions on the Administration of Pharmaceutical Affairs of Medical Institutions and the Regulations on the Administration of Prescriptions on Hospitals （Trial Implementation）, for the purpose of adjuvant therapy for injection Reasonable medication advice for analysis.Results Comments adjuvant treatment of drug medication orders were 1105, irrational medication orders 431, 674 reasonable drug prescriptions, The average doctor＇s qualified rate was 61.00%.Conclusion Take doctor＇s advice and irrational use of drugs doctor＇s special training and interview system to improve the level of rational use of drugs in hospitals.
