超声引导用于肱骨骨折患者锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究在肱骨骨折患者锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞中应用超声引导的效果。方法选分80例肱骨骨折患者为2组,40例以超声引导下展开锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞为观察组,40例于手法定位展开上述麻醉为对照组,对比2组麻醉效果。结果观察组各神经阻滞起效与阻滞完善时间明显比对照组短,各神经阻滞完善率均明显比对照组高,不良反应较对照组少,(P〈0.05)。结论在肱骨骨折患者锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞中应用超声引导可实现良好的麻醉效果。objective to study the effect of ultrasound guidance in the nerve block of brachial plexus in patients with humeral fracture.Method choose 80 patients with fracture of humerus in two groups,40 cases with ultrasound guided supraclavicular brachial plexus block for the observation group,40 cases in positioning the anesthesia for the control group,compared two groups of anesthesia effect.Results the improvement time of each nerve block in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the improvement rate of each nerve block was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the adverse reaction was lower than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion the application of ultrasound guidance to the brachial plexus nerve block in patients with humeral fracture can achieve good anesthetic effect.
