“政治”与“传播”的内在融合——以英国近代新闻出版业为例

摘　　要：20世纪以来,随着政治学与传播学各自领域的拓宽,学界对"政治传播"的关注渐兴,关于两者跨学科融合的研究愈益频繁。近代欧洲处于政治剧烈变化、旧制度向新制度转变的阶段,社会发展出现诸多新特点。英国位于近代欧洲发展的最前沿,旧有政治框架的突破,印刷媒介技术的重大进展,对塑造新的政治文明产生了重大影响。这一时期,"政治"与"传播"的各自藩篱被打破,二者的内在融合,成为国家格局变化中的重要因素,并对近代英国社会公众之政治启蒙产生了重要影响。Whether ＂politics＂ or ＂communication＂, they both have its independent disciplines, since the 20th century, with their aca- demic realm being broaden and scholars of the ＂political communication＂ gradually being flourished, study on two interdisciplinary fusion is increasingly frequent. Modem Europe is in the stage of drastic political change that the old system transformed to the new system, and the social development has many new features. Britain was at the forefront of the development of modem Europe. The breakthrough of the old political framework and the great progress of media technology had a significant impact on shaping the new political civilization. During this period, the lense of ＂politics＂ and ＂communication＂ was broken, and the internal integration of the two became an important factor in the change of the state pattern and had an important impact on the political enlightenment of the modern public. Illustrated by the case of the press and publishing industry in modem England, this paper deconstructs the essential elements of ＂politics＂ and ＂communication＂, which is of great significance to the study of ＂political communication＂.
