摘　　要：The shortage and inefficiency of public cultural services are common problems in China, especially in the western regions. Baiyun District has made use- ful exploration to the construction of rural public cultural service system, network system, resource system, management system and service system.公共文化服务供给不足、效率低下是全国普遍问题,西部地区尤其突出。白云区在农村公共文化服务制度体系、网络体系、资源体系、管理体系和服务体系建设等方面均做了十分有益的探索。
