摘 要:利用衰减全反射红外光谱技术(ATR-FTIR),获得源自林麝、原麝、马麝3个物种的22份天然麝香样本的红外指纹图谱,对图谱的基本特征进行分析;采用双指标序列分析法对全部样本间的相似程度分析,确定天然麝香的特征峰。结果表明:天然麝香的化学成分构成,受产地、个体、采集时间及麝的种类等因素的影响;天然麝香样本种内,共有峰率在48.4%~100.0%之间,变异峰率在3.7%~68.8%之间;天然麝香样本种间,共有峰率在42.4%~100.0%之间,变异峰率在3.8%~85.7%之间;天然麝香整体红外指纹图谱,共有峰率在42.4%~100.0%之间,变异峰率在3.7%~85.7%之间;22份天然麝香样本,在3 275.58~3 260.86 cm-1等15个波数区间存在特征峰,代表麝香中的主要化学成分,如大环酮类物质、多肽及蛋白质类物质、吡啶类物质和甾体类物质等。The infrared fingerprint of 22 natural musk samples from three species of Forest nmsk deer, Siberian musk deer and Apline musk deer were obtained by attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) , then the spectrum' s basic characteristics were analyzed and analysis of the similarity degree of all samples was through two-index sequence method, and the characteristic peak of natural musk was determined. The chemical composition of natural musk was affected by such factors as producing area, individual, collection time and the kind of musk deer, the inter-species' common peak ratio of natural musk was 48.4%- 100%, and the mutation peak rate was 3.7%-68.8%. The intra-species' common peak ratio of musk was 42.4%-100%, and the mutation peak rate was 3.8%-85.7%. The total peak ratio of infrared fingerprint of natural musk was 42.4%-100%, and the peak ratio of variation was 3.7%-85.7%. The 22 natural musk samples had characteristic peaks in 15 wavenumber ranges of 3 275.58-3 260.86 cm-1 , representing the main chemical components in musk, such as maerolide, polypeptide and protein, pyridine and steroid et al.
