福建工业绿色发展的制约因素与路径选择研究

摘　　要：工业绿色发展是建设现代化经济体系的题中应有之义。本文基于供给侧结构性改革的视角,阐述了工业绿色发展的时代内涵,分析了近年来福建工业绿色发展的主要进展,揭示了当前福建工业绿色发展面临资源环境约束趋紧、增长动力有待重塑、产能过剩阴云不散、体制机制有待完善等制约因素,并从深化供给侧结构性改革的战略高度,提出重塑工业绿色发展新动能、加快推进福建工业绿色发展的路径选择。Greening development of industry is necessary for developing a modernized economy. Based on the perspective of supply-side structural reform,the paper elaborates the era connotation of the greening development of industry. The paper analyzes the main progress of the greening development of Fujian industrial in recent years,and reveals the restricting factors such as the restriction of resources and environment,the growth power needing to be remodeled,the problem of overcapacity needing to be solved,the improvement of system and mechanism needing to be improved and so on. Then it puts? forward the path choice to reshape new kinetic energy and accelerate the greening development of Fujian industry from the strategic height of accelerating the supply-side structural reform.
