摘  要:为充分发挥三维多轴织物作为产业用织物的优势,拓宽其应用领域,基于编织/机织混合的原理,在充分研究三维五轴织物结构和织造工艺的基础上,设计了三维五轴平型织机预制件结构,并对三维五轴平型织机进行了概念化设计;确定了三维五轴织造过程中斜纱、垂纱、纬纱引导机构和综框运动机构、卷取机构、压紧机构、定型机构间运动配合原理及各机构间运动时间配合关系。指出:斜纱引导块连续、循环地以"蛇行"方式运动引导斜纱角度在±45°切换,使织机结构更紧凑,织造幅宽大幅增加;非间隔垂纱引导方式可织造普通三维五轴织物,间隔垂纱引导方式可织造"蜂巢"型三维五轴织物;三维五轴平型织机的设计为三维多轴平型织机虚拟样机及其物理样机的研制提供理论基础。In order to give full play to the 3D multi axial fabric with the advantages of the industry for the extension of the fields, based on knitting and weaving technology, after the study of 3D five axial fabric structure and weaving technology,prefabricated member of 3D five axis flat loom is introduced.The concept design of 3D five axis flat loom is formed hereafter.The motion coordination principles of oblique yarn, vertical yarn, weft yarn guide mechanism, heald frame motion mechanism, coiling mechanism, clamping mechanism and setting mechanism were determined during the 3D five axis weaving process.It is pointed out that oblique yarn guide block, with the continuous cycle of"S-shaped'motion guide oblique yarn± 45 degrees angle in the switch, the loom is of more compact structure, weaving width increased significantly. The non- interval vertical yarn guide way can be a general way weaving 3D five axis fabric with honey- comb structure.Design of 3D five axis flat loom provides the theoretical basis for the development of 3D multi axis flat looms of virtual prototype and physical prototype.
