环锭细纱机装配基准的建立与传递分析

摘　　要：为保证环锭细纱机装配的一致性和精度要求,介绍细纱机装配单元的划分以及装配基准的选择,并以JWF1562型细纱机装配为例对细纱机机台安装前的准备、主要基准的建立与传递过程进行详细分析。指出,细纱机装配是整机制造中最后决定产品质量的重要工艺过程,选择正确的装配基准,使用适宜的方法、应用可靠的装配工装至关重要;细纱机装配时要重点抓住龙筋、机梁、中墙板三大件的平装,兼顾做好车头、车尾组合的平校定位。In order to ensure the consistency and accuracy of the assembly of the ring spinning machine, introduction is made to the classification and selection of the assembly datum the of spinning machine.Taking spinning frame JWF1562 as an example, detailed analysis is done to installation preparation and establishment plus transfer of assembly datum. It is pointed out that the assembly of spinning machine is a key process to the final decision of product quality in machine manufacturing. It is first important to choose the correct assembly datum, suitable methods and application of reliable tools.As to the assembling of spinning frames,the key lies in the simple installation of spindle rail, machine beam and window panel, it is also important to do correction of the rearset and headset.
