摘　　要：为了解决G327B-02型倍捻锭子导纱孔相对锭子心轴跳动量大,影响成纱质量的问题,分析了心轴结构、材质和原加工工艺流程;为便于外圆磨床夹持校正心轴,对四点调整套的设计、制作、使用方法和注意事项进行阐述。指出:对倍捻锭子心轴制造进行工艺流程改进并使用新工装,可确保倍捻锭子心轴三档外圆的同轴度控制在0.01mm以内,导纱孔对大外圆的跳动量不大于0.06mm;新工艺具有操作方便、加工效率和精度高、调整方便、生产成本低等优点。To solve the problems with the double twisting spindle G327B-02 such as big jump momentum of the yarn guide relative to the mandrel, affecting the quality of yarn,analysis is done to the structure, material and machining process of the mandrel.For the convenient correction of mandrel clamped with cylindrical grinder,introduction is made to the four-point-adjust- ment process including design, manufacturing, method,and cautions.It is pointed out that improvement of the manufacturing process of the mandrel of double twisting spindle with new tools,can ensure coaxial within 0.01 mm of the 3 cylinders,displacement of the yarn guide eyes relative to the outer circle not greater than 0.06 mm.The new technology has the advantages of convenient operation, high machining efficiency and precision, convenient adjustment and low cost.
