玻璃棉板外墙外保温系统在既有建筑节能改造中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了由水性环氧树脂浸润剂处理的玻璃棉板外保温系统,包括系统组成和结构,系统施工工艺,并测试分析了其保温性能,结果表明:该改性玻璃棉板的性能符合JGJ 144—2014《外墙外保温工程技术规程》以及DB11/T 1117—2014《玻璃棉板外墙保温施工技术规程》要求。并进一步对改性玻璃棉板外保温系统在既有建筑节能改造中的实际应用进行研究,确保该保温技术的可行性和有效性。The glass wool external insulation system treated by waterborne epoxy resin sizing agent was introduced including the system composition and strncture,system construction technology,and the insulation performance was tested. The results show that the properties of the modified glass wool board meet the requirements of JGJ 144--2014 ＂Technical specification for external thermal insulation on walls＂ and DBll/T 1117--2014＂ Technical specification for construction of external thermal insulation systems of glass wool boards＂. Further research on the practical application of the modified glass wool board insulation system in the existing building energy saving transformation has ensured the feasibility and effectiveness of the insulation technology.
