摘  要:分别采用苯丙乳液、硅丙乳液和聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液作为树脂基料,制备了水性超薄型钢结构防火涂料,研究了乳液种类对防火涂料理化性能及耐火性能的影响,并研究了乳液用量对防火涂料耐火性能的影响。研究表明,采用聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液为树脂基料,且当乳液质量在体系中占32%时,防火涂料的耐火性能最优。The water-based ultra-thin fire resistive coating for steel structure was prepared by using styrene-acrylic emulsion, silicone-acrylic emulsion and polyvinyl acetate emulsion as the resin binder respectively. This paper studied the effect of the type of emulsion on the physical properties and fire-resistant property of fire resistive coating. Then studied the effect of different content of polyvinyl acetate emulsion on fire-resistant property of fire resistive coating. The results show that,using polyvinyl acetate emulsion as the resin binder when the content of polyvinyl acetate emulsion is 32% by mass,the fire resistive coating has the best fire-resistant property.
