摘  要:为研究用于桥梁结构加固的高韧性聚氨酯水泥复合材料力学性能,对不同密度的聚氨酯水泥复合材料进行了抗折和抗压强度试验,针对高密度聚氨酯水泥材料进行了钢筋拉拔试验、与混凝土轴向拉伸粘结试验和抗折粘结试验。结果表明:随着聚氨酯水泥复合材料密度的增加,抗折和抗压强度均提高,聚氨酯水泥复合材料最大密度约1500 kg/m^3,该密度下的抗折和抗压强度分别为32.6~34.3 MPa和55.0~56.4 MPa,与钢筋的握裹强度为13.4 MPa,远高于普通混凝土握裹力;与混凝土的轴向拉伸粘结强度和抗折粘结强度分别为5.44、4.66 MPa,破坏模式均为混凝土破坏,说明聚氨酯水泥材料具有较高的粘结性能。In order to study the mechanical properties of the high-toughness polyurethane-cement composite (PUC) material for bridge structure reinforcement,flexural and compressive experiments for polyurethane-cement composite of different density were im- plemented,meanwhile rebar drawing test, axial bonding test and flextural bonding test were carried out for the polyurethane-cement composite (PUC) of high density. The experimental results showed that the flexural strength and compressive strength of polyurethane-cement composite increased with the increasing densities. The maximum density of polyurethane-cement composite was about 1500 kg/m3, the flexural strength and compressive strength were 32.6-34.3 MPa and 55.0-56.4 MPa, respectively, under this density. Drawing strength of rebar was 13.4 MPa,which is higher than ordinary concrete. The failure mode of both axial bonding test and flexural bonding test was concrete failure,it showed that polyurethane-cement composite has excellent bonding perfor- mance,the axial bonding strength and flexural bonding strength were 5.44 MPa and 4.66 MPa, respectively.
