摘  要:研究了一种改性磷酸盐无机铸造粘结剂和一种复合附加物应用于制造砂型,使用微波加热硬化工艺,研究了粘结剂成分,附加物成分,加热功率,加热时间对砂型的强度、抗吸湿性、硬化时间等的影响。结果表明,微波加热功率为1 kW,加热时间4~6 min,型砂可使用时间长,抗拉强度达到2 MPa,且砂型具有好的抗吸湿性。加入砂型中,能缩短硬化时间,且明显改善砂型抗吸湿性。Foundry industry urgently called for a more environmental friendly foundry binder. Properties of a phosphate binder and its microwave hardened sand was studied. Effects of binder chemical, electric power and heating time on sand strength, moisture resistance and sand knockout were researched. The results show that matters such as organic acid, inorganic acid and harmless polymer modified phosphate binder sand has long work time, high dry strength, tensile strength being 2 MPa. Moisture resistance is improved by a compound oxide. Sand knockout matches organic sand. The sand can be used to take the place of resin coated sand and has exceptional environmental superiority.
