消除铝合金铸件黑色阳极氧化白斑缺陷工艺研究

摘  要:对ZL105铝合金气压调节阀铸件经T5热处理和机加工后,进行黑色阳极氧化工艺后出现白斑缺陷的原因进行分析,并提出相应的解决方案。结果表明,通过荧光分析可知铸造缩松缺陷是白斑缺陷产生的重要原因,通过对铸造工艺方案进行分析与改进,采取浇注温度降低至700~730℃,在内浇道内边上增加缝隙立柱,使用缝隙式浇注系统,在钢芯上切割排气槽等措施,消除了铸造缩松缺陷,有效解决了ZL105气压调节阀铸件黑色阳极氧化白斑缺陷题。The reason of white spot defect on aluminium alloy casting which was handled by T5 heat treatment, machining, and black anodization successively, and raised the countermeasures were studied. The results show that the shrinkage defects are the main reason of white spot through fluorometric analyzing. After analyzing casting process, the following improvement measures are reducing pouring temperature to 700℃-730℃, adopting slot pouring system by increasing crack columns on the inter edge of inter casting gate, and cutting air vent on steel core. These measures eliminate casting shrinkage defects and solve the problem of white spot defect on aluminum alloy during casting black anodization.
