摘  要:普通钢水包因保温性能差,对于浇注温度与铸件晶粒度、力学性能敏感的钢种如高锰钢,无法做到一包钢液低温长时间多箱浇注,常会降温快造成冻包或铸件浇不足。通过对钢水包增加真空保温层内衬,减少钢水包热量吸收及对外热量散失。结果表明,带有真空内衬的钢水包,与普通钢水包相比,因保温性能良好,烘包预热时升温快、节能,冶炼时出钢温度可降低、节能,浇注温度可进一步降低,细化了铸件晶粒度,提高了铸件力学性能和耐磨度。同时,钢包内钢液温度稳定,延长了可浇注时间,也因低温的钢水包壁给浇注操作人员带来了良好的外界条件。Some steels were sensitive to casting temperature, casting grain size and mechanical properties, such as high manganese steel, using common steel ladles which were for poor insulation performance was difficult to pour many cases by one tundish molten steel. It was easy to form cold ladle because of cooling or casting was insufficient. As a result, a vacuum insulation layer was added to the ladle, it colud reduce the heat absorption of molten steel and external heat loss. The results show that the vacuum-lined steel ladle has better insulation performance. That means compare with the ordinary ladle, it warms up fast when heat up the steel ladle, and tapping temperature can be reduced and save energy. Meanwhile, pouring temperature can be further reduced causes refining the casting grain size to improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the casting. The pouring time can be extended because of the molten steel in the ladle is stable. At the same time, it brings good external conditions for pouring operator due to the low temperature of the ladle wall.
