摘　　要：RH真空精炼工艺中应用的真空泵有3种型式,分别是全蒸汽喷射泵、末级水环真空泵-前级蒸汽喷射泵和全机械真空泵。分别从工作原理、设备组成、能源介质耗量、生产运行情况、一次性投资和运行成本等方面进行相应的比较。结果表明,3种型式的真空泵的优缺点,以方便对RH真空精炼工艺进行真空泵型式的选择。Three types of vacuum pumps were used in RH vacuum refining process, which were full steam jet pump, final stage water ring vacuum pump, pre-stage steam jet pump and full mechanical vacuum pump. The work principle, equipment composition, energy consumption, production operation situation, one-time investment and operation cost of vacuum pumps for RH vacuum refining process were compared. The results show that the advantages and disadvantages of the three types of vacuum pumps can be used to select the vacuum pump type of RH vacuum refining process.
