河南省三门峡市乡村医生月均收入满意度及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解河南省三门峡市乡村医生的月均收入满意度及其影响因素。方法对河南省三门峡市184名乡村医生进行问卷调查,收集其月均收入水平及收入满意度等信息,运用logistic回归分析影响其收入满意度的因素。结果 29.9%(55/184)的乡村医生对目前的月均收入水平不满意;乡村医生实际月均收入水平低于期望月均收入水平(P<0.05);乡村医生的行医年限、对医疗卫生改革的满意度、对工作量的评价、对养老保险的满意度是其收入满意度水平的影响因素。结论乡村医生的收入满意度水平偏低,需通过完善现行的乡村医生报酬机制和养老保险政策,引导其职业发展来提升乡村医生收入水平与工作积极性,以保障农村卫生工作的稳步发展。Objective To explore the monthly income satisfaction and its influencing factors of rural doctors in Sanmenxia,Henan province. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 184 rural doctors in Sanmenxia,Henan province,and the data of their monthly income levels and income satisfaction were collected. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of their income satisfaction. Results 29. 9%（ 55/184） of the rural doctors were not satisfactory with their actual monthly income; the monthly income level of the rural doctors was lower than the expected monthly income level（ P〈 0. 05）; the rural doctors＇ medical service life,satisfaction with health care reform,evaluation of the workload,and satisfaction with endowment insurance were the influencing factors of the doctors＇ income satisfaction level. Conclusion The income satisfaction of rural doctors is at a low level. It is urgent to improve the income level and work enthusiasm of rural doctors by improving the current rural doctor remuneration mechanism and endowment insurance policy and giving rural doctors a guidance of career development,thereby ensuring the steady development of rural health work.
