摘 要:为解决目前低压电流互感器自动化检测系统存在的不足,该文提出了检测工序平衡与效率提升、自动接线、系统多目标优化与可靠性提升、标准化设计等技术或方法,使互感器检测流水线检测效率、检测可靠性、资源利用率大幅提高,实现了全系列、多型式互感器自动检测全覆盖,提高了检测系统检测对象的适应性,优化设计方法为低压电流互感器及同类产品自动化检测系统提供了一种典范设计与有益借鉴。系统运行结果及技术评审表明,互感器检测系统优化设计可行、运行可靠,达到了预期目标,在目前所建同类自动检测系统中效率高、综合成本低、产品通用性强、居国内领先、达到国际先进水平。In order to overcome the shortcomings of the low-voltage current transformer automatic test system,the techniques or methods for test procedure balancing,the automatic wiring improvement,multi-objective optimization of the system,and the design standardization were proposed. This optimized design method provided a typical design and a useful reference for the automatic testing system of low voltage current transformer as well as its alike. The results of the system operation and the technical evaluation on it show that the optimal design of the transformer testing system is feasible and reliable,and achieves the expected target. Compared with the current system,the designed automatic testing system has the advantages of high efflciency,low comprehensive cost,and strong product universality. It is in the leading position in China and at the international advanced level.
