摘 要:深部软岩巷道围岩变形控制问题一直是煤矿研究的重点和难点。论文以平顶山八矿丁四采区轨道下山巷道为工程背景,采用现场工业性试验和数值模拟计算,对锚喷和锚注支护两种支护条件下,巷道围岩变形破坏机理进行了研究。研究结果表明:(1)与锚喷支护相比,锚注支护巷道浅部围岩的高应力区向深部围岩转移,巷道浅部围岩处于应力降低区,改善了巷道围岩应力环境;(2)锚注支护巷道围岩的位移量均小于锚喷支护对应位置围岩的位移量,所以锚注支护对巷道顶板和两帮起到有效的控制作用。提出并实施了巷道围岩二次注浆技术措施,研究了注浆工艺和注浆参数。实施后巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制。Deformation control of surrounding rock in deep soft rock roadway has always been the focus and difficulty of coal mine research. We take the dip entry of Dingsi mining district in Pingdingshan No. 8 Coal Mine as the engineering background,and study the deformation and failure mechanism of the surrounding rock under the conditions of bolt-shotcreting and bolt-grouting support,by means of on-site industrial tests and numerical simulation calculation. The results show that: compared with the bolt-shotcreting support,the high stress zone of the surrounding rock of bolt-grouting roadway moves to the deep surrounding rock,the surrounding rock of the shallow part of the roadway is in the stress reducing area,and the stress environment of the surrounding rock of the roadway is improved; the displacements of surrounding rock of bolt-grouting support roadway are all less than the displacements of surrounding rock at the corresponding positions of bolt-shotcreting support. Therefore, bolt-grouting support plays an effective role for the roadway roof and two sides control. The technical measures of secondary grouting of roadway surrounding rock are proposed and implemented,and the grouting technology and grouting parameters are studied,and the roadway surrounding rock deformation has been effectively controlled.
