摘 要:为提高露天煤矿半连续采煤工艺系统的效能、可靠性和经济性,针对破碎站的选型工作进行了研究,在统计分析我国典型的大型露天煤矿地质赋存条件及开采条件的基础上,讨论了破碎站选型影响因素,确立了破碎站选型的特征指标。采用熵权法和模糊层次分析法建立了组合权重破碎站优选数学模型,对我国露天煤矿常用的4种破碎站进行了选型研究。结果表明:简约式破碎站在半连续采煤工艺的应用中具有一定的优势。In order to investigate the crushing station selection of semi-continuous mining technology in China's typical open pit mine and improve the accuracy and practicability of the selection model, based on the statistically study of geologic conditions and mining conditions, we analyzed the factors affecting the selection of crushing station, the characteristic indexes of crushing station selection were established. The optimal mathematical model of combined weight crushing station was established by entropy method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Four types of crushing stations commonly used in open pit coal mine in our country were selected. The results show that the simple crushing plant has some advantages in the application of semi-continuous coal mining technology.
