摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国民营经济发展出以温台、苏南和珠三角三大区域为代表的三种典型模式,这些模式沿着不同路径解放生产力,既重塑了区域经济形态,也变成区域经济发展的名片。在比较分析中国民营经济三大模式的历史变迁的基础上,对中国民营经济的未来发展提出展望和建议。Since reform and opening-up in 1978,three economic models have emerged in China＇s Non-State-owned-Economy,which were Wenzhou model,Sunan model and Pearl River Delta Model.These models emancipate the productive forces along different trajectories,rebuilt regional economic development,and make themselves as regional symbols.Based on a historical comparative analysis of these economic models,their problems and future were revealed.
