四磨汤治疗肝脾不和型肠易激综合征的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨四磨汤治疗肝脾不和型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法:选取2016年2月至2016年5月南方医科大学南方医院收治肝脾不和型肠易激综合征129例,以随机分组方式分为观察组(65例)和对照组(64例),对照组给予乳果糖口服液联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予四磨汤治疗,采用中医证候积分量表评价2组中医证候疗效及中医症状积分,观察2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组中医证候疗效有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);给药前,观察组和对照组腹痛、腹泻、舌质暗红、苔薄白、脉弦细及总分基本相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);给药7 d,观察组腹痛、腹泻、舌质暗红、苔薄白、脉弦细及总分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未见不良反应发生。结论:乳果糖口服液和马来酸曲美布汀为治疗肠易激综合征的常用药物,乳果糖口服液联合马来酸曲美布汀基础上给予四磨汤治疗肝脾不和型肠易激综合征,安全且增进疗效。Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of simo decoction in irritable bowel syndrome due to liver and spleen disharmony. Methods： A total of 129 patients with irritable bowel syndrome due to liver and spleen disharmony were selected from February2016 to May 2016 in our Hospitals. According to the random distribution,all patients were divided into observation group of 65 cases and control group of 64 cases. The control group received lactulose and trimebutine maleate,and the observation group was given simo decoction on the basis of control group. TCM syndrome score was used to assess curative effects and scores of TCM syndrome. The adverse events of two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of TCM syndrome in observation group was significantly higher than the control group,which was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; Before treatment,stomachache,diarrhea,dark red tongue,thin white fur,pulse string and total score of observation group and control group was basically the same,without significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; For 7 d after treatment,stomachache,diarrhea,dark red tongue,thin white fur,pulse string and total score of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,which was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）;No adverse reactions occurred in two groups during treatment. Conclusion： Lactulose and trimebutine maleate are commonly used drugs for treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Based on lactulose and trimebutine maleate,simo decoction in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome due to liver and spleen disharmony is safe and can improve curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
