城镇化过程中失地农民问题产生的原因及对策

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,失地农民问题日益突出,引发了一系列的社会问题。从法律制度界定不清、征用补偿费的发放标准低、社会保障体系不健全以及农民处于信息劣势地位等方面,详细描述失地农民问题产生的原因,并从现行的土地征用管理制度、政绩考核体系和审批制度、土地征用补偿制度和失地农民社会保障制度等方面提出失地农民问题解决对策。With the development of city urbanization, landless peasants have become increasingly prominent, has triggered a series of social problems.This article from the legal system is not clearly defined, expropriation compensation payment standard is low, the social security system is not perfect and the farmers in the disadvantage position of information and other aspects of the detailed description of the causes of the problems of landless farmers.Requisition from the current land management system,performance evaluation system and approval system, land requisition compensation system and the social security system of landless peasants and put forward countermeasures to solve the problem of landless peasants.
