摘 要:针对心脏介入手术器械选型问题,在VC++软件编程环境下,构建了产生式介入术器械选型系统。根据血管病变部位及其特点,结合模糊推理技术,采用产生式知识表示法,提出可信度推理算法,完成了基于正向推理和模糊推理机制的推理机的设计。系统可以通过用户输入各血管病变特征,判断结论的可信度,最终得出器械选型结论,为血管病变部位的器械选型提供更好的术前分析,达到了辅助医生选型的效果,对介入治疗的成功开展提供了强有力的保障。In order to solve the problem of Cardiac Interventional therapy instruments selection,the production interventional therapy instruments selection system was constructed by Visual C++ programming environment.According to the characteristics of vascular lesions,using the fuzzy technology,the reasoning machine based on the forward reasoning and fuzzy reasoning mechanism was developed.This paper put forward credibility reasoning algorithm and it describe by the production rules knowledge.The system can get the selection conclusion by giving the characteristics of vessel and judge the fuzzy reliability of conclusion.To assist doctor selection,the system can provide a better preoperative analysis for instruments selection of vascular lesions.Additional,it supply a powerful safeguard for the successful development of the interventional therapy.
