摘　　要：通过研究我国网络医院发展现状,分析当前网络医院的发展瓶颈,并就其运行中存在的问题进行剖析,为网络医院的创新发展提供新思路。网络医院能解决部分医疗需求,对分级诊疗有一定的促进作用,但当前互联网医疗在医保报销、人才建设、可持续发展等方面存在问题。建议出台有关互联网医疗的法律法规,利用不同形式的网络医院具有的优势,探索出可持续发展的途径。Research the development status of the internet hospitals in China, analyze the development bottleneck of the intemet hospital and the problems existing in the operation, then new ideas for the development of internet hospital were proposed. The internet hospital can solve some of the medical needs and have a positive effect on hierarchical diagnosis, but there are some problems now in intemet hospital, including medical insurance reimbursement, talent construction and sustainable development. Therefore, some advisements were proposed, including building a continuous way to develop by introducing relevant laws and regulations and taking advantage of different forms of internet hospital.
