摘 要:目的:探讨改良髌骨轴位摄影在全膝关节置换术后X线检查中的临床应用价值。方法:对在医院行全膝关节置换术后进行常规髌骨轴位摄影失败的12例病人,进行改良髌骨轴位X线摄影,并对所获得髌骨轴位图像进行质量评价。结果:12例病例所获得髌骨轴位图像优9例,良2例,差1例。结论:改良髌骨轴位摄影的检查方法,对部分全膝关节置换术后不能进行常规髌骨轴位摄片的病人切实可行,可获得满意的图像,值得推广应用。Objective: To investigate the clinical value of modified patellar axial radiography in X-ray examination after total knee arthroplasty(TKA). Methods: 12 cases of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty with conventional axial photographing failed in our hospital were selected, after the improvement of patella axial X-ray photography, and to evaluate the quality of the patellar axial images. Results: 12 cases of patella axial images were excellent in 9 cases, good in 2 cases, poor in 1 case. Conclusion: The improvement of examination method for patella axial photography can be used in the patients who can not carry out routine patellar axial radiograph,after total knee arthroplasty, it is worthy of clinical application.
