摘　　要：目的:整合肾移植病人的全生命周期的临床数据采集与随访需求,开发基于临床数据中心的平台,实现抽取、存储、分析肾移植病人的各项临床数据。方法:介绍肾移植数据平台的设计分析、技术架构、功能模块、实现方案以及系统特色。结果:建立具有良好扩展兼容性的系统,充分满足肾移植科研的前瞻性研究需要,提高数据完整性和准确性的同时显著减轻数据录入工作量。结论:能够有效提高移植受体的数据质量,实现临床数据管理的规范化、可视化和智能化。Objective： To develop a information system based on Clinical Document Repository by integrating demands of the clinical data acquisition and follow-up of whole life cyde of renal transplant patients. Through the system to achieve extraction, storage, analysis of renal transplant patients in dinical dam. Methods： The design analysis, technical architecture, functional modules, implementation scheme and system characteristics of kidney transplantation data platform were introduced. Results： A system with good extended compatibility was established to adequately meet the need for prospective studies of renal transplant research, and to improve data mtegtity and accuracy while significantly reducing the data entry. Conclusion： It can effectively improve the data quality of transplant recipients, realize the standardization, visualization and intelligence of clinical data management.
