摘　　要：目的:以甘肃远程医疗实际应用为例,探讨远程医疗会诊系统对基层发挥的高效作用。方法:对入网医院的构成比及近10年远程会诊量进行统计分析,对比甘肃远程会诊平台取得的效益。结果:2007—2016年甘肃远程医疗会诊量累计达27 149例,为患者节约医疗费用约2 700多万元。结论:甘肃远程医疗的开展为偏远地区的患者提供了快捷、便利、节省、高效的就医新模式,切实有效地加强基层医疗机构的救治能力和服务水平。Objective： To explore the effective role of Telemedicine system based on the practical application of Gansu remote network diagnosis in primary hospitals. Methods： The Information data and survey data of network hospital structure and teleconsultation quantity in 10 years were analyzed, contrast benefits oftelemedicine in Gansu Province. Results： In 2007--2016 Gansu teleconsultation add up to 27,149 cases, saving cost about more than 27 million yuan for patients. Conclusion： Gansu telemedicine provides a fast, convenient, economical and highly effective new mode for patients, and improve the ability of hospital services in primary hospitals.
