摘  要:目的研究医院污水细菌分布情况及噬菌蛭弧菌对分离细菌的捕食作用。方法采用定量接种法对温州地区两家综合性医院污水出水口样本进行菌量计数,并采用VITEK 2 Compact细菌鉴定仪对分离细菌进行鉴定;将噬菌蛭弧菌与分离菌进行共培养,根据每隔12 h培养后菌落数的变化,判断噬菌蛭弧菌对分离菌的作用。结果两家医院污水中菌量分别为2.8×10~5cfu/ml和1.5×10~5cfu/ml,主要分离菌为肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、弧菌属细菌、普通变形杆菌等;噬菌蛭弧菌对大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和弧菌属细菌具有一定的捕食作用,经过72 h的共培养,大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和弧菌属的菌量均发生约3 log10降低;对变形杆菌及蜡样芽胞杆菌未出现捕食作用。结论噬菌蛭弧菌可捕食部分革兰阴性菌,提示其可作为一种生物消毒剂应用于医院污水处理。Objective To investigate the distribution of bacteria in the hospital waste water and the predation efficacy of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus on the isolated strains. Methods Bacterial colony counting was conducted on the outlet of waste water from two general hospitals in Wenzhou. The isolated strains were identified by VITEK2 Compact system. The isolated strains were co-cultured with B. bacteriovorus and colony counting was performed every 12 h during the cultivation to predict the predation of B. bacteriovorus on strains. Results The original amount of bacteria in the two hospitals were 2. 8 × 10^-5 cfu/ml and 1. 5 ×10^-5 cfu/ml respectively. The main isolated strains were Klebsiella pneumoniae,Escherichia coli,Bacillus cereus,Vibrio and Proteus vulgaris,etc. We found that the B. bacteriovorus could effectively prey on K. pneumoniae,E. coli,and Vibrio,with a reduction of approximately 3 log10 in viability after 72 h co-culture. The B. bacteriovorus did not show distinct predation efficacy on P. vulgaris and B. cereus. Conclusion The B. bacteriovorus could prey on some gram negative bacteria,suggesting the application of B. bacteriovorus as a biological disinfectant into waste water treatment.
