摘 要:3D打印是可快速打印出复杂产品的一项新技术。分析了目前3D打印技术行业人才的状况及其结构,剖析了3D打印人才培养目前存在的主要问题,说明了在本科教育中实施3D打印技术的重要性,在此基础上提出了面向"中国制造2025"的应用型人才培养的新思路,探索了3D打印技术在本科机械类专业教学中的应用途径,对应用型高校3D打印相关课程的教学融合与创新提出了工作展望。3D printing is a new technique that can quickly print complex products. In this paper, the status and structures of the current 3D printing technology industry talents are analyzed. The current main problems in the 3D printing talents training are analyzed. The importance of implementing 3D printing technology in the undergraduate education is explained. On the basis, the new idea of talents training oriented towards "made in China 2025" was proposed. The application ways of the 3D printing technology in the teaching of undergraduate mechanical engineering are explored. The paper provides the prospects of future work for teaching integration and innovation of related 3D printing courses in application colleges and universities.
