异种皮联合延迟微型皮移植术治疗大面积烧伤患者临床治愈率、皮片成活率及预后分析

摘　　要：目的分析联合采用异种皮与延迟微型皮移植术治疗大面积烧伤患者的临床疗效以及预后情况。方法从众多大面积烧伤患者中抽取80例作为本次研究对象,并将其按数字抽签法随机分为两组(常规组与鉴别组)进行区别性治疗。采用传统方式对常规组患者进行治疗,对鉴别组患者则在前组患者的治疗基础上进行延迟微型皮移植术治疗,并于治疗后分别对两组患者进行护理,而后比较两组患者的临床治愈率以及皮片成活率和护理满意度。结果两组患者经针对性治疗和护理后在护理满意度以及临床治愈率和皮片成活率的相关数据中比较,鉴别组均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,常规组患者的临床总治愈率为72.50%,鉴别组患者的临床总治愈率为97.50%(P<0.05)。结论与传统医护方式相比,联合采用异种皮与延迟微型皮移植术治疗大面积烧伤患者,并对其进行综合性护理,不仅能够有效促进其临床疗效和皮片成活率的提升,并且还可进一步提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and prognosis of combined skin grafting and delayed skin grafting in the treatment of large area burn.Methods 80 cases as the research object,and according to its figures were randomly divided into two groups(control group and differential treatment group) of the difference.The traditional way to treat patients in the conventional group,to identify patients in the treatment group before patients on delayed micro skin grafting treatment,and after treatment respectively on two groups of patients with nursing,and then compared two groups of patients with clinical cure rate and the survival rate of skin graft and nursing satisfaction.Results Statistical difference between the results of two groups of patients with treatment and nursing care in the nursing satisfaction and the related data of clinical cure rate and the survival rate of skin graft were found in significant differential group was superior to control group(P<0.05).Among them,the total clinical cure rate of patients in the conventional group was 72.50%,and the total clinical cure rate of the patients in the differential group was 97.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional medical mode,combined with xenogeneous and delayed micro skin transplantation in the treatment of patients with large area burn,and carries on the comprehensive nursing,not only can effectively promote the clinical curative effect and survival rate of skin graft increased,and also can improve the quality of nursing work satisfaction,worthy of promotion.
