摘 要:目的:探讨高脂血症大鼠血清总睾酮(T)、性激素结合蛋白(SHBG)水平变化对其阴茎勃起功能的影响。方法:将29只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(n=14)和高脂组(n=15),对照组大鼠以普通饲料喂养,高脂组以高脂饲料喂养24周后,在原饲料中加入0.2%硫氧嘧啶继续喂养。于实验开始后36周末,检测大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,成模后用阿扑吗啡(APO)诱导阴茎勃起,观察大鼠勃起次数和勃起率,并检测血清总T、SHBG水平。取大鼠阴茎组织,行苏木精—伊红(HE)染色及EVG染色,观察阴茎组织病理形态学改变。结果:与对照组相比,高脂组大鼠勃起次数明显减少,血清总T、SHBG水平和勃起率均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);HE染色及EVG染色结果显示,与对照组相比,高脂组大鼠阴茎海绵体内海绵窦数量明显减少,海绵体平滑肌分布不均,排列紊乱疏松;阴茎海绵体胶原纤维明显增多,弹性纤维和平滑肌纤维明显减少。结论:高脂血症可引起大鼠血清总T、SHBG水平低下,破坏阴茎海绵体结构,导致勃起功能障碍。Objective: To investigate the correlation between the serum total testosterone (T)and sex hormone-binding globulin(SHBG)levels and erectile function in hyperlipidaemia rats. Methods: 29 male SD rats were randomly divided into a control group (n = 14)and a high-fat group (n = 15 ). The rats in the high-fat group were fed with lipid rich foods for 24 weeks, and then were given lipid rich food contained 0. 2% oxygen pyrimi- dine to keep feeding. Rats in the control group were fed with normal diets. After 36 weeks of feeding, the levels of total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterin (LDL-C) were measured. The hyperlipidaemia rats were subcutaneously injected with apomorphine (APO)in order to induce penile erection. The times of erection, erection rate and the levels ofT and SHBG in serum were compared between the two groups. The pathological changes of cavernous tissues were observed. Results: The erection times, erection rate, and the serum levels ofT and SHBG were significantly lower in the high-fat group than those in the control group(P〈0. 05). Compared with the control group, a remarkable reduction in cavernous sinus, an uneven distribution of smooth muscle in cavernous tissue of the high-fat group rats, as well as disrupted continuity and integrity in smooth muscles were observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE)staining. Additionally, EVG staining revealed that the collagen fibers in the corpora cavernosa increased, while the elastic fibers and smooth muscle fibers decreased in rats with hyperlipidaemia. Conclusion: Hyperlipidemia could induce damaged structure in cavernous tissue and marked reduction of serum T and SHBG levels in rats, resulting in eretile dysfunction.
