百令胶囊联合信必可都保对COPD患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响及临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察、分析、百令胶囊联合信必可都保对COPD患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响及临床意义。方法选择2014年11月~2015年11月本院接受治疗的60例COPD患者为研究对象。将患者随机分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组单纯使用信必可都保吸入,实验组采用百令胶囊联合信必可都保治疗方式。结果治疗后3个月,两组患者FEV1,PEF及6 MWT均较治疗前有所改善,实验组改善程度要优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在12周治疗期间,对照组、实验组出现用药后口咽部不适、声音嘶哑、头痛、心悸等不良反应,两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论百令胶囊联合信必可都保治疗COPD患者T细胞亚群疗效治疗效果要优于单一用药,安全性能好,不良反应少,能够有效的预防及治疗COPD,强化患者的生活质量,减轻经济负担,值得临床上进一步推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect of COPD cell subsets in T patients treated with the combination of Bailing Capsule. Methods Six patients with COPD who underwent treatment from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected as subjects. Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases. The control group can only use the letter alone can be inhaled, the experimental group using Bailing Capsule combined letter must be protected treatment. Results After 3 months of treatment, the two groups of patients with FEV1, PEF and 6 MWT were better than before treatment, the improvement of the experimental group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). During the 12 week treatment, the control group and the experimental group showed no significant difference in the comparison of the adverse reactions such as throat discomfort, hoarse voice, headache, palpitations and other adverse reactions. Conclusion Effective prevention and treatment of COPD, can effectively strengthen the quality of life of patients, reduce the economic burden. Bailing Capsule and Budesonide fermotil powder inhalants must be able to protect the COPD cell subsets in patients with T treatment effect is better than a single drug, good safety, less adverse reactions, it is worthy of further promotion and application.
