摘  要:目的比较分析电灼、冷冻及药物局部注射治疗寻常疣的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月~2015年12月期间在本院收治的186例寻常疣患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为电灼组、冷冻组和药物注射组,每组各62例,分别采用对应方法进行治疗,观察比较3组患者的治疗效果。结果冷冻组总有效率为93.5%,明显高于电灼组的67.7%和药物注射组的82.3%;复发率为3.2%,明显低于电灼组的25.8%和药物注射组的9.7%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冷冻组不良反应发生率为6.5%,明显低于电灼组和药物注射组的30.6%、14.5%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冷冻治疗寻常疣的效果优于电灼和药物局部注射,复发率低,且不良反应少,临床治疗应首选该方法。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of electrocautery, cryotherapy and local injection of drugs in the treatment of verruca vulgaris. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015 in 186 cases of verruca vulgaris patients in our hospital, the patients were divided into fulgerize group, freezing group and drug injection group, 62 cases in each group, respectively with the corresponding methods of treatment, observe the therapeutic effect of three groups. Results The frozen group the total effective rate was 93.5%, significantly higher than the 67.7% electrocautery group and drug injection group 82.3%; the recurrence rate was 3.2%, significantly lower than the electrical burn group 25.8% and drug injection group 9.7%, a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of the frozen group was 6.5%, which was significantly lower than that of the electrocautery group(30.6%) and the drug injection group(14.5%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of cryotherapy for verruca vulgaris is better than that of electric cauterization and local injection of medicine. The recurrence rate is low and the side effects are less. The method should be preferred in clinical treatment.
