摘  要:针对寒冷地区的气候特点,通过四个方面对预制舱舱体结构进行优化设计:首先,对预制舱外壁进行热力学建模分析,通过对比选择岩棉板作为预制舱保温材料,并经傅里叶热传导定律计算合理选择保温材料厚度;其次,考虑在极寒状况下空调制热模式启动困难,选择电加热膜作为热量补偿器,保证极寒温度下光纤熔接的正常施工;再次,优化设计预制舱屋顶,采用电伴热带实现预制舱屋顶的自动融雪功能;最后,推荐预制舱内设置集中接线屏,底部进线方式,避免"冷桥"现象。According to the climate characteristics,optimizes the design of the prefabricated cabin structure in four aspects.First,the thermal modeling of the outer wall of the prefabricated cabin is carried out.Through comparison,the rock wool board is selected as the insulation material of the prefabricated cabin,and the thickness of the insulation material is reasonably selected by the Fourier heat equation.Secondly,in the extreme cold condition,it is difficult to start the air conditioning heating mode,and the electric heating screen is selected as the heat compensator to ensure the normal construction of the optical fiber welding under the extremely cold temperature.Thirdly,the roof of prefabricated cabin is optimized,and the automatic snow melting function of prefabricated cabin roof is realized by adopting electric heating belt.Finally,it is recommended that the centralized wiring panel and the bottom line approach be installed in the prefabricated cabin to avoid the "cold bridge" phenomenon.
