摘　　要：阐述了蓄热式加热炉的工作原理，结合加热炉内板坯温度曲线分析，从燃烧控制、操作制度和排产策略等方面提出了提高加热炉温度场均匀性的改进措施，使板坯加热质量得到明显改善。This paper elaborated the operational principles of regenerative reheating furnace. With the analysis of slab temperature curve of heating furnace, the corresponding measures for improving the temperature field uniformity of reheating furnace have been put forward from the aspects of combustion control, operation system and production scheduling strategy. The heating quality of slab was improved obviously.
