摘　　要：论文结合我国国防科技成果转化的实际发展状况和问题，简要分析了我国国防科技成果转化相关因素；初步提出了国防科技成果转化“风险投资合作”模式；给出了该模式建立的理论依据、原则、意义，具体流程、目标、模式内容、激励机制。Linking with the development and problems of China＇s commercialization of science and technology research results for national defense, this paper analyzed the related factors of China＇s commercialization of science and technology research results for national defense. It also proposed the model of venture capital fund cooperation, and its theory basis, principles, meanings, process, objective, content and incentive mechanism.
