强直性脊柱炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NKT细胞的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤性T细胞(NKT)在强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者中的临床意义。方法选取69例AS患者作为病例组,其中40例人类白细胞抗原B27(HLA-B27)阳性患者,29例HLA-B27阴性患者,另选取22例健康人作为健康对照组。采用流式细胞术测定两组受试者中T淋巴细胞亚群、NKT细胞表达水平。结果 AS患者外周血CD4^+/CD8^+比值与健康对照组比较升高,NKT细胞百分比下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);ASHLA-B27阳性患者CD4^+/CD8^+比值较HLA-B27阴性患者升高,而NKT细胞百分比下降,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 AS患者外周血CD4^+/CD8^+比值明显升高、NKT水平明显下降,可能参与了AS的发生。Objective To observe the changes of T cell subsets and natural killer T cells （NKT）in periph- eral blood in HLA B27 positive, negative patients and healthy subjects, and investigate theirs clinical signifi- cance. Methods 69 ankylosing spondylitis（AS） patients including 40 HLA-B27 positive cases and 29 HLA- B27 negative cases 22 healthy subjects were enroIled. The levels of T cell subsets and natural killer T cells in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry （FCM）, and HLA-B27 was detected. Results The ratio CD4＋/CD8＋ in AS patients was higher than that in healthy suhiects（P〈0. 05） ,the percentage of natural kil- ler T cells was significant lower in AS patients than that in healthy subjects （P〈0.05）. The ratio CD4＋/ CD8＋ in HLA-B27 positive AS patients was higher than that in HLA-B27 negative AS patients,the percentage of natural killer T cells was low compared with （P〉0. 0 5 ）.
