摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清细胞角蛋白19片段(CYfra21-1)、癌胚抗原(CEA)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)手术前后的水平变化及其临床意义。方法选择2014年1月至2015年12月该院收治的96例NSCLC患者,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测患者手术前后血清CYfra21-1、CEA和NSE水平,并进行统计学分析。结果所有患者的CYfra21-1、CEA和NSE水平在手术后均明显低于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将所有患者按照病理类型和分期分为各个亚组,这3种细胞因子的水平与阳性率呈现出与未分组之前同样的趋势,即手术后低于手术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CYfra21-1、CEA、NSE水平可评估NSCLC手术疗效,监测患者病情,判断预后,对于临床治疗具有重要意义。Objective To study the expression changes and significance of serum cytokeratin 19 fragment （CYfra21-1）,carcino embryonic antige（CEA）and neuron specific enolase（NSE）before and after operation in the patients with non-small-cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods Ninety-six patients with non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled in this study. En- zyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to detect the levels of serum CYfra21-1 ,CEA and NSE before and after the operation of the patients,and the levels were measured and analyzed statistically. Results The levels of CYfra21-1 ,CEA and NSE in patients were lower than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Patients were divided into subgroups according to pathological type and stage. The concentration and positive rate of the three cytokines showed the same trend as before grouping, that was,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum levels of CYfra21-1, NSE and CEA can be used to assess the efficacy of operation in patients with NSCLC and monitor patients condition and prognosis. It＇s great significance for clinical treatment,worthy of clinical popularization and ap- plication.
