摘　　要：目的探究胃肠恶性肿瘤手术中无瘤操作的应用与护理方法。方法将在我院接受手术治疗的67例胃肠恶性肿瘤患者分为甲组与乙组。其中,乙组有33例,给予患者在手术治疗中应用无瘤操作,并采用常规护理,甲组有34例,给予患者在手术治疗中应用无瘤操作,并采用综合性护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果甲组患者的好转率明显高于对照组,且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在手术治疗中应用无瘤操作,并采用综合性护理干预,可提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the application and nursing methods of non tumor operation in the surgical treatment of gastrointestinal cancer. Methods 67 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients will receive surgical treatment in our hospital were divided into group A and group B. Among them, 33 cases in group B, treated the patient with tumor free operation in surgical treatment, and the routine nursing group, 34 cases, treated the patient with tumor free operation in surgical treatment, and the comprehensive nursing intervention, nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results The group of patients with improvement rate was significantly higher than the control group, and P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the surgical treatment of non tumor operation, and the use of comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect, it is worth promoting.
