综合护理干预对小儿肱骨骨折术后护理疼痛和并发症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿肱骨骨折术后应用综合护理干预的临床效果观察。方法取自2015年5月至2016年5月大连市儿童医院外科二病房收治的肱骨骨折患儿60例,随机分为对照组30例,术后采用常规护理方案,试验组30例,术后应用综合护理干预方案,观察两组患儿术后并发症发生率、VAS疼痛评分及住院时间。结果试验组患儿术后并发症发生率、疼痛评分及住院时间明显低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论小儿肱骨骨折患儿术后通过综合护理干预可明显降低并发症发生率,减轻患儿治疗就康复痛苦,缩短临床治疗时间,加快创口愈合,提高康复锻炼效果,临床效果优异。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative humeral fractures in children. Method In 60 cases of humerus surgery from May 2015 to May 2016 in Dalian city children＇s hospital ward two fractures treated were randomly divided into control group 30 cases, postoperative routine nursing, the experimental group of 30 patients, postoperative application of comprehensive nursing intervention program, were observed in two groups after operation and complications, VAS score and pain the hospitalization time. Results The complication rate, pain score and length of stay in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Children with humeral fractures after surgery through comprehensive nursing intervention, the clinical effect is excellent.
