早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫肢体功能恢复的效果

摘　　要：目的研究早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫肢体功能恢复的效果。方法选取88例我院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,并按照其入院先后顺序将其分为观察组与对照组,每组44例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者进行早期康复护理。结果观察组与对照组护理后的神经功能缺损评分均比护理前有所降低(P<0.05),但是对照组的降低幅度不如观察组大,且t=10.58,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论早期康复护理能够更好的降低脑卒中偏瘫患者的神经功能缺损评分,还能够使大部分患者对护理工作感到满意,值得应用于临床治疗中。Objective Research on the cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia early rehabilitation nursing effect of limb function recovery. Methods Select 88 cases of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia patients of our hospital as the research object, and in accordance with the hospital order will be divided into observation group and control group, each group of 44 cases. The control group were treated by routine nursing intervention, the observation group of patients with early rehabilitation nursing. Results Observation group and control group after nursing of neural function defect scale than before treatment reduced （P〈0.05）, but lower amplitude observation group is better than in the control group, and t=-10.58, P〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can better reduce the neural function defect scale in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia, still can make the majority of patients were satisfied with the nursing work, the application worth in the clinical treatment.
