高等教育服务学生满意度调查研究——以贵州C大学为例

摘　　要：运用问卷调查方法,分析在校大学生对高等教育服务满意度问题。以贵州C大学在校本科生为调查对象,运用SPSS18.0分析工具对调查结果进行整理分析。发现学生的总体满意度偏低,其中学生学习成绩对高等教育服务满意度的影响比较大,不同成绩的学生在个人发展和就业、课程教学和其他管理、生活和环境、资源和咨询、资助和收费五个维度上的满意度是不同的,且差异较大。在此基础上,文章针对存在的问题提出相关解决对策,提高学生对高等教育服务的满意度。The questionnaire survey was used to analyze the satisfaction degree of college students in the service of higher education.The undergraduates in Guizhou C University were investigated, the results of the investigation were analyzed by means of SPSS18.0 analysis tools. The overall satisfaction of students is low, students＇ academic achievement has a greater impact on the satisfaction of higher education services. Students with different grades are different in terms of personal development and employment, curriculum, teaching and other management, life and environment, resources and consulting, funding and fees, and the five dimensions of satisfaction, and the difference is large. On this basis, the article puts forward countermeasures to solve the existing problems and improve the students in higher education service satisfaction.
