摘  要:近几年,高校间的人才竞争日趋激烈,名校毕业博士纷纷加入各高校的教师队伍,青年教师人数迅速扩大,高校科研能力大大提升,但由于青年教师教学实践能力缺乏出现了教学质量下降的现象。为此,本文在深入调研高校专业教学现状的基础上,解析高校专业教学质量存在的问题,提出转变传统外延式发展模式为培育与引进并举的内涵式发展策略,具体包括:培育、引进并举,构建教学团队;完善教师评价和培育制度;营造自主学习与共同成长的文化氛围;以人才培养为中心,全面提升教学质量。In recent years, talent competition among colleges and universities has become increasingly fierce. Graduates of prestigious universities have joined the ranks of teachers in universities. The number of young teachers has rapidly expanded and the ability of scientific research in colleges and universities has been greatly enhanced. However, due to lack of teaching ability of young teachers, the teaching quality is declining. Therefore, based on the in-depth investigation of the status quo of professional teaching in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the existing problems of professional teaching quality in colleges and universities and puts forward the connotative development strategy integrating cultivation and introduction to change the traditional extension-oriented development mode,including: constructing a teaching team through the integration of cultivation and introduction; perfecting the system of teacher evaluation and nurturing system; creating a cultural atmosphere of self-regulated learning and common growth; focusing on personnel training,improving teaching quality in an all-round way.
