压力CO_2联合消毒对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的灭活效果研究

摘  要:论文研究了0.5MPa、0.7MPa下压力二氧化碳单独及联合消毒工艺对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的灭活效果,对不同运行方式及与三种消毒剂联合消毒效果进行了分析。结果表明:在曝气且回流运行方式下单独采用压力二氧化碳消毒对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的灭活效率较低,0.5MPa和0.7MPa压力下作用30min的灭活率仅为0.38log和0.69log。0.7MPa压力二氧化碳分别与2.2mmol/l过氧化氢和0.5mmol/l过硫酸钠联合消毒30min对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢灭活效果提升较少,而与0.42mmol/L次氯酸钠(以有效氯计)联合灭活率可提高至5.8log。在次氯酸钠浓度为0.21mmol/l时,采用先曝气15min、10min、5min、0min后,再曝气且回流联合作用15min、20min、25min和30min的运行方式,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的灭活率分别为3.24log、2.91log、3.46log和3.97log。This study is aim to research the inactivation of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in low pressure carbon dioxide with some disinfectant. Compared with diferent pressure (0.5MPa to 0.7MPa) of carbon dioxide to study on efect of inactivated Bacillus subtilis var. niger. The results showed that under pressure of 0.7MPa, simultaneous aeration and refux treatment for 30 min achieved 0.69-log reduction. Relatively , Log reductions of 0.39 occurred at 0.5MPa. At the same time, Compared carbon dioxide under the pressure of 0.7MPa with diferent disinfectant (2.2mmol/l hydrogen peroxide, 0.5mmol/l sodium persulfate, 0.42 mmol/l sodium hypochlorite (in active chlorine)) inactivated Bacillus subtilis var. niger, at simultaneous aeration and refux treatment for 30 min achieved 0.54-log, 0.75-log, 5.8-log reduction, respectively. Compared diferent time to use diferent method of operation, The results showed that carbon dioxide under the pressure of 0.7MPa combined with 0.21mmol/l sodium hypochlorite continuous aeration 15min, 10min, 5min, 0min, then simultaneous aeration and refux treatment for 15 min, 20min, 25min, 30min, inactivation rates are 3.24-log, 2.91-log, 3.46-log, 3.97-log, respectively .
