摘　　要：目前国内氟化铝厂家,主要通过采用高品位萤石或对HF气体精制的方法,来控制氟化铝产品中的磷含量。根据生产实践,总结分析了影响干法氟化铝产品中磷的因素,认为预净化酸水份对干法氟化铝产品中磷有直接影响,合适控制预净化酸水份能降低干法氟化铝产品中的磷,降低对使用萤石中磷的要求。At present, high grade fuorite or refned HF gas method is mainly used to control the phosphorus content in aluminum fuoride products by domestic enterprises. According to the production practice, the factors that infuence the content of phosphorus in the products of dry-method aluminum fuoride are summarized and analyzed.. It is believed that the pre-purifcation of water in acid directly afects the phosphorus content of dry-method aluminum fuoride products. The proper control of the prepurifcation of water in the acid can reduce the phosphorus content of aluminum fuoride products and reduce the requirement for phosphorus in fuorite.
